Btw, many people from lower class wanted to experience the joy of freedom to buy affordable smartphone devices which can only be happen through healthy competition and innovation. Apple should be innovative enough to play fair in the smartphone industry. That lawsuits tactic is an indication of immaturity of a company to play in the competition of innovation.

apple should file a lawsuit seeking a ban on any other brand selling mobile phones.
I mean this lawsuit after lawsuit chapter is just absolutely ridiculous. Apple wants to score a goal in an empty field

Apple clearly has ran out of ideas. Obviously if they have to ban Samsung phones before the iPhone comes out, it is clearly inferrior to what Samsung has to offer. How much you wanna bet that the new iPhone is just the same function and UI just in a new and prettier box?

as i can see apple think that they have invented THE CELLULAR PHONE with these pathetic lawsuits , sue me apple that i have used an ip4 and 4s and after that i bought a s3, shame on me, come on with your lawyers and force me to pay 100000000000...billion $$$$$$ cause i damaged your public image, hahahaaa :)))=))))) ?? infringments in what, in US what verdict to expect, samsung to win?:)) no way, they are protecting apple, i have had iphone4, 4s, s2, s3....big deal, they are just smartphones, with their + and - i see samsung people and apple(iphone) people arguing, come on, grow up you little kids...

This was about uninformed claims made about what Apple supposedly invented and what Samsung supposedly copied. People should check the facts first and not repeat marketing crap and propaganda likes its a truth.
And saying god is with any company is near blasphemy as companies are about profit and god is not.

Moto should sue Apple for using wireless device ...Moto is first invented small wireless device on the world since MOTO V3 ( its rectangle) Apple should stop making rectangle phone they should make a phone just like an ugly natural apple phone. APPLE is a GREEDY company which cant design anymore shape phone other than APPLE I II III IIII and V....ALL ugly same shape. Nokia should sue them too for Apple using ROUND CORNER on edge of the phone. People SHOULD STOP BUYING APPLE PRODUCTs LIKE We stopped using NETFLIX before. why cant just apple give us better phone than samsung.if they would have spend half of their time and energy in giving us more phone rather that sueing samsung we would got 3 new iphones and 2 new ipad and a few ipod and imacs by now.APPLE GROW UP.
