Samsung made a very big mistake. They should've registered their patents far before apple make iphone. If they have, apple would be the one to pay 1 billion instead of samsung.

Apple never used google as their search engine, so they missed the words : " DON'T BE EVIL". May be Apple is planning to make their new browser. Then sue another browser. Easy way to earn money. No investment, no research, no nothing. Just wait for other to invent something, then copy it, then sue them. Remember apple's mouse, it's annoying when using it. no right click, no middle click, no left click. imagine using apple mouse on PC. I'd prefer PC mouse best. I hope apple don't make mouse like PC. Cause if they do, there will be no more $5 mouse.

And your right, the issue is about who is copying who.
What your missing is Apple do this same thing - everything you have listed as 'Apple innovations' are tech or ideas that have been around for years and invented by others.
Before you go calling me and others liars, research what you are saying - Google it. Or do what everyone else has done and post proof of what your saying.
The one court case that Apple has won is not proof when they have lost 6 others.
Post actual links to INDEPENDENT evidence that Apple invented or were the first to put any of what you've been saying in a phone. Otherwise just post your opinions as opinions and don't make claims that are false and unresearched.

Have you even tried to research just one of the claims he made before deciding they are all untrue?
Go on... google some of what he is saying... no, actually google some of what YOU have been saying and see the truth - None of those things you say were invented by Apple - NONE!
You don't have to believe me. just google them...or are you saying that Google results lie?
What Apple invented was iOS
Apple was the first to take all that technolgy and combine it in a easy to use package. That was their idea and well done to them for their vision.
Now what Apple is doing is using loopholes in US Patent Law to patent other peoples tech as their own, or they buy existing patents, so they can then monopolise and claim others are retrospectively infringing on them.
Sadly that is how the legal system works which and allows Apple to be legally the right - regardless of the truth. It is morally, technically and historically wrong but good lawyers can prove it right by the letter of the law.
You support Apple and like their products - that's your choice and good for you. Just deal with the fact that Apple have done the same thing that you accuse other manufacturers of doing. They haven't invented over 90% of what your holding in your hand, just re-hashed others work and branded it as Apple.
