If I was working for Samsung, I would stop supplying Apple the screens for their devices. Yes, that's big business to lose but hit them where it hurts. In the new age we are heavily loyal to our brands and if Samsung play this right, they could win a lot of Apple customers. If Apple's technology is so great, why do they need to ban Samsungs device from being sold? I think someone is a little bit worried. I am not a fan of the Apple cult so I really hope Samsung come out on top. When you’re at the top, there’s only one place you can go. Down.

law suits are won in US. just because US policy favour local grown firms like apple. Shows how biased the US judicial system is.

Lord, some of Apple crews has gone to the hospital for heart attack just a few hours after Samsung announced our next hero: Galaxy Note 2. Searching for the next lawsuit against Note2? Lol. Haha.

after reading how desperate apple is to kill a fantastic company like samsung that i sold all my apple gadgets and pc i will never ever touch and apple product apple is just selfish arrogant and i hope by next year they will go bankrupt they have no innovations i miss mr jobs this will never ever have happened if he was alive

USA market is largest phone market in the world after china and i am one of american and i know what apple trying to do ..
Apple trying to gain money and ban the strongest compititors so US customers will have no choice but to buy only iphobe ..
I dont care about samsung because who break rule must be panished but Please apple dont ban LG because i am in love with their phones :(

Sony , Nokia, HTC fans you better watch out. Apple is not after Samsung because they copied them. How come all the courts outside north America have dismissed their petty patent suits. Apple want to dominate and any one who is a threat will be sued.

Clearly Apple is lost again without Steve Jobs. They are starting to lose their edge, and these are their desperate attempts to dominate the market. Can't top the S Pen functionality of the Galaxy Note series? Stop Samsung from selling by banning them with something as simple like auto-calling a number in an e-mail. That is petty. And we should always remember, Android existed years before iOS came into the game, and features of the iOS were from other phones combined into the iPhone. ok folks, good controversy going on here, bdw does anyone knows about where apple and samsung stands business wise, lets start with apple, its on of the most profitable companies known to date, well as its american it catches more of a publicity in west, but hey does any one know how much of a giant samsung is, samsung is so widespread that every one and anyone common as us cant even imagine, just wiki samsung u would know, they are into shipbilding, chemical and biological warfare, weaponaries, insurance, medical products, architects, they have a town called samsung town, they own a dozen of subsideries which makes anything and everything from a to z, now think of yourself what difference this makes to them, infact apple themselves are a customer to samsung, samsungs revenue is in trillions, according to a reportin 2011 samsung is the 2nd largest revenue taking company in the world
