People don't worry! Apple will not stand a chance this time, this devices are stronger than the ones used on their victory. SIII and Note?!! Worst people, Galaxy nexus???!WTF?! Going against this one, is going against GOOGLE itself! This will be their final attempt because then google comes after them teamed up with samsung and others. Isn't there a message that travels around the world against bullying? :D...even if they could win again, they only can win on their ground, California USA...because around the world they don't stand a chance, they already tried and fail. Only the German court once decide on their favour, but was temporary. Only recently on that California court with that jurors, Apple won maybe because people's stupidity or even because it's an american product and they have to defend it. Apple is playing dirty, always did but you sick apple fans put one thing in your head...they aren't suing because of the moral damage or other crap they told you for you continue to buy their products, they are suying to stop their top competitors from selling more than them or to stop selling at all. Is it fair for consumers in one random country to not be allow from purchasing one product of their preference? Imagine Apple wons this one, is it fair if you love SIII and you can't get it because Apple and one band of non-knowlegebles Jurors stopped their sale? Is it fair for one nazi-company to mess up with your business or your "dreams"? Yes Apple please come after Google Nexus and then feel the wrath of GOOGLE!!!

Apple got bullshit!
Last time they tried to kick Steve Jobs out, then saw him very successful with lots of innovations, and they let him come back again to continue the thrones.
Since the late Steve Jobs gone forever, they may seems to have no more innovations, so they tried to do somethings bullshit to keep up their profits for their own future with such any reasons.
Apple won stay longer and within this very short of time, it will follow its founder, to the grave!
Samsung, and others will win the war, especially with Microsoft, the sleeping giant, waking up!
I do respect Steve Jobs so much, not the Apple as the company!

I'm so sick of Samcopy and their complete lack of originality. When you Apple haters and Sam-fans look at designs from other Android makers you'll see what I mean. HTC, Motorola, Sony/Ericsson, LG, etc... they all can come up with great unique designs that are nothing like the iPhone and iPad designs. Yet Samsung feels the need to not require their design team to think. How can they pay them when they keep stealing designs from Apple? Google's internal memos to Samsung proved this!!! That was damning evidence!!!!

Actually Apple started lossing big time infront of the flood of great devices Samsung started producing. So, the only thing the can do to stop this is by filling lawsuits. But there is no way in hell that they will win. Soon Apple will realize that they are not the great company everyone think of them.
