After 1 year and spending millions of dollars on their iphone project they made iphone 4S to replace iphone 4...really Stupid!!
Samsung is making a completely new galaxy phone every year beside hundreds of other phones that they make.
Sony,LG,even Huawei is getting better and better and making profits out of their awesome products while Apple is just sitting there and sues them !

think its time for korea japan and china to place a import ban on all apple products until they stop this totaly biased patent lawsuits.lets face it no none american company will win a case in usa so hit them were it hurts sorry they will sue you for unfair practice.lol

I'm an owner of products from both sides of the fence, (iPod Touch's, countless Shuffles, iPad, GS2), HOWEVER - this is now bordering on the ridiculous. From a bystanders point of view this may seem amusing, from a business point of view there is a threat of commercial suicide on Apples part. Why? People may laugh and guffaw as Apple ask Samsung to stop sales of their most popular handsets, however eventually there is the possibility consumers may just say to themselves; "You know what? Why should i buy overpriced products from a company which is hell bent on bringing another to the ground?".
Business needs competition, without competition there is no innovation, without innovation comes lack of choice, without lack of choice comes Apple sat in an empty courtroom trying to sue themselves for copying their own designs.
Mr Cook, please get a grip before i change my mind about a new Macbook for my partner i have saved hard for this Christmas - and buy an Acer Ultrabook just out of pure spite. You don't see Audi or BMW sue Ford for using puddle illumination lights now, do you?? Before time all this court nonsense will become the butt of jokes in every newspaper across the land and Apple will be back where it was in Jobs' first absence in the nineties.

i would like to buy some judges saw this again so wanted ask whats the cost of judges in california as they seem very cheap to me!! justice seems to be on sale in america guys lets get the most of it everyone go and buy those f*****g judges!! who support the drowning company!

I can see why iphone is jealous of the Samsung phones the specs on the Galaxy range are incredibly good value - especially the S3 and new Note 2.

Apple does make beautiful products....
Companies like Samsung had copied product designs...But look @ their products now..those are for masses...and are built on open platforms..and product which Samsung just announced recently like Galaxy Note 2 is far productive than what Apple has.
Presently they are the leading company in introducing innovative & productive devices ( Galaxy S camera / Galaxy Note II )
iThink Apple should stop suing other companies...and focus on building more innovative and productive products which will compete with other companies products...rather than competing in courts..
I am not a Samsung Fan...But sporty competetion always encourage innovations....and results in better options for consumers !!!

But, could you care to explain how on earth would Galaxy Nexus infringe any design patents? It was improved based on the design used by Nexus S (also made by Samsung). So, tell me if Apple has that arched display? In addition to that, Galaxy Nexus runs on stock Android. It is clear that Apple is just beginning to break apart Android environment, starting with Samsung.

Well they are going to ban samsung the US, i dont get why its such a big deal, these days all phones look a like and as much as we bash the companies they do it for us the consumer.
Going from one phone to another is seemingly easy but if thats the problem people are going to have to become a lot more tech savvy.
in the long run i hope htc makes a come back, they always had nice hardware, they just need to get some variety going again.
