law suits are won in US. just because US policy favour local grown firms like apple. Shows how biased the US judicial system is.

This is just stupid. Samsung should just pull all their products from the USA and funk them! It will be bad business, but maybe they'll just cut costs from these idiotic lawsuits. I just hate Apple! I'm not a fanboy of Android or Apple/iOS, but this is just stupid! Maybe apple was right for the desigs copy regarding SGS 1 and the iPhone but, stop it now! FFS!

It looks like Apple wants to be the only "innovative" company on the market, since lawsuits against others besides Samsung will surely follow. People support the company by buying their products, therefore showing their agreement for the company's actions. Maybe 3 years down the road when they pay $3000 for their iPhone 8 people might wake up and change their mind.... Or maybe not, after all their products are the BEST, and only the best people deserve the best products.

again.:( how can u use comfortably your phone's landscape mode when your phone is not a regular rectangular? So ive found apple is too jealous because samsung dominates the market. Apple lost their law suit in japan not about the design but the sychronization of files. This is a f*?#ing infringment. Leave the apple to US and samsung must focus on asian countries like china japan and india those populated countries

Its interesting that Apple is only capable of winning a lawsuit like this in the U.S (As it was categorically turned down everywhere else). Its an obvious bias. (an american thing)..
Still, it won't stop people from buying Samsung devices everywhere else. Probably won't truly stop it even in the U.S. Given the support shown for Samsung and its devices even with this "Bad publicity", sooner or later this is going to affect Apple's "Perception" negatively. Words are powerful you know..

This is seriously getting out of hand. Most people i know are getting sick and tired of apple trying to sue competitors. Just make and sell your frickin' products and let us, the consumers, decide which device we want to buy!

hi guys this is just a technical war in order to make that apple ios is good than google android os.
its never gona happen
As we know Samsung had a great hardware compare to all other manufacture company, they build great processes, rams, chips etc and whn they add Google os in to it then its becomes a beast .
By ban Samsung products from several country , u cant stop android, till now its great smartphone 66% in word using it, and its peoples phone ,
more than 77 company won google android os, and samsung its just one on them
