Samsung is one of the most innovative tech companies right now, they produce the best TV technology and all the electronics that supply apple and a host of other brands, they are good and Apple cannot keep up without lawsuits and market protectionism. Dirty, dirty tactics from the fat apple.

i have been increasingly annoyed that apple keep trying to beat competitors with the law. I was going to buy a iphone 5 but now i wont out of principal. I wish they would concentrate on bringing out great products faster.

apple knows very wel that with android beasts(s3) as its competetor it stands no chance.so they have to do something to save them self.in apple eyes its,'if you cant beat them bite them if you can'

They should also file an infringement case for those China cloned devices, that really looked like an iphone and cost 50 bucks. And yes it can also do what an original iphone can do. And they have Quadcore, the original does not. Original apple, with just two cores its overheating.

this just goes to show that Apple doesn't give a s#... about innovation, or originality, it just want to limit consumer access to other (better) products, want market monopoly and money. simply despicable. just wait for the global consumer backlash against Apple. Protectionism usually leads to bad results fro the protected companies.

With Samsung, they had released hundreds of phone models. What about apple? Since 2007, they had released less than 10 phone models. Then who's innovative and creative now?

Mitsubishi Trium Mondo in 2000 with windows pocket and 64 bit 166 mhz cpu, Siemens SX45 in 2001 same as Mondo with 64bit 150mhz cpu and touch screen with windows pocket, also Sagem WA 3050 in 2001, Motorola A1000 2004, , Nokia 7710 2004, Samsung i700 2004, Benq P50 2003, Siemens SX66 2004, O2 XDA IIs 2004, Motorola MPx 2004, Motorola E680i 2005, Nokia 6708, HP, O2, Philips 968, Gygabite, Qtek, Mitac, skype had video calls before 2010(facepalm i mean time).

Yes n I agree Samsung looks very alike 2 apple, but pls get over it n Do some real work 2 impress da smartphone market if u can LOL,maybe like do some innovation 2 stop dat copycat,remember it android dat's taking over. Peace out!
