Really the matter of shame. Apple are losing their respect day by day. I used to respect it for what Steve Jobs did and on what level did he put Apple. I still respect him for his ideas. Now Apple will survive in USA only. It is getting rediculous now. Enough is enough. No humanity in USA and runs Human Rights INGO world wide.

hey apple don't you satisfied enough?? even non galaxy phone is included.. patent this patent that cmon man. these thing makes me sick.. even it's true that SII and Iphone are similar in design but apple should thank samsung before samsung's design similar to iPhone less ppl knows there is apple company and iOS existence.. instead af against each other why don't both of you innovate and patent the innovation.. like samsung has flexible LED

I think its clearly show now that Apply are worries with regards to Samsung success specially with the new comers such as SIII and the Note 10.1
i do not see why they are part of the list as the do not look like the iPhone as claimed !!

I really don't blame Apple for what it is doing to Samsung presently, because the company has been through thick and thin over the struggling years. After all, no strong individual in their right mind would easily concede defeat, on their own soil, to a foreigner. Thanks to Steve Jobs for perfectly securing the company's future, although I never expected him to have secured enough patents even on mere shape and look of Apple's products. However, I must say that the lawsuits are becoming way too incessant for my liking. Why can't Apple focus on the innovation it has always been known for, and put an end to all these unthinkable brawls in the law court?

I think its time now for consumers to sue Apple for restricting consumer choice and the patent system for stiffling innovation. I urge US customers to complain with their pockets by abandoning Apple products. Down with Apple

Apple is crazy!!!!!!!!The whole world is supporting Samsung other than a few crack pots. The whole patent lawsuits are an insult to American judiciary and common sense for intelligent people worldwide. A "one phone per year" manufacturer who sells their phones at exorbitant prices,out of reach of common man sues a company who is the most innovative and brings ease and connectivity to millions of people across all strata of society.Where is the justice?
