Wow..a phone with SAMSUNG emblazoned over it is going to confuse American consumers with an Iphone that has no other distinguishing characteristics. The Jury must have a really poor opinion of American intelligence (and themselves) . Why was the same suit dismissed in the UK, South Korea and Japan? More intelligence the other side of the Atlantic and Pacific?

Samsung gona hit apple where it hurt as apple buy chip from samsung and samsung gona make there money back by put up there chip price so its a win win situation and apple thing one product a year is a money maker but its clearly not now a days

Should the Nokia 6233 (which pre-dates the iphone) be included in that picture? I mean, it is rectangular with rounded corners, has a shiny bezel and has a similar looking earpiece...

News is spreading about apple banning samsung all over the place where i live. Even a common person who doesnt follow phone news knows about it. And they all commonly say the same thing..the patent thing apple is pulling is silly and shouldnt even exits! Eventually more word will go around and then EVERYONE would know how evil the apple company is. Then what face would apple have? This patent thing with apple should be more public, like say..a commercial on tv? Or even on radio stations. Let the world, the common folks know the truth about thier trendy apple products. Get the info to more people. Apple dont rule, that retarded u.s judge dont rule. We rule!!! Peace!

Samsung and other manufacturers should just patent a 4" and greater size phones and condemn Apple to that 3.7" forever.

They are crazy, Sammy must live even if we lover would have to contrIbute for them to stay in business.
I can't imagine this, it's really not good for competition and innovation as there will be little or no room for development.
Look as Samsung major enemy will die, the they sue the more sammy get publicity.

Every lawsuit against Samsung is a free worldwide ad for Samsung and motivation for Samsung R&D again&again make better than apple.

-etc...
This means samsung even android is really
copycut!

I dont get it... the Samsung Admire has stock android (or pretty close to it) and it looks NOTING like the iPhone. Why is this included?
