Apple this is ridiculous. If its regarding the rectangular shape with rounded corners...what about LG, Huwaie, HTC & others....it is stupidity apple...nothing but saving your company in order to do so filling a case be the best way then....samsung must sue in return since it was the first phone to introduce homescreen button (forgot the model)..just because other company is rising before you...this isn't tge behaviour you must do.....filling case doesn't mean people will love you...in return more customers will be hating you...eith this ridiculous behaviour after Galaxy S III sales as outcasted yours....shame Apple shame...never expected this from you....

Do you remember iPAQ PDA from HP??? I think the first iDevice was HP's and Apple is using the naming method since then.

... I kinda hate what apple is doing, it is killing off healthy competition by force instead of innovating better, I'm a sony fan by the way, but I don't think the patent system must be abused this way, it will halt healty competition and promote monopoly, I certainly wouldn't buy an apple product to text or to call or to listen to music, there are cheaper alternatives to do that...

The late Steve Job's era was all about design and patent, did he really care what Samsung and all the other companies did? I dont think so bcoz he was capable of bringing devices to the market that cud not only just beat the competition but make the competition wish they had thot about that extra feature years ago.
Oh and then came Tim the Cook, and i get a feeling he may be running ouy ideas and thats why he is suing Samsung for almost everything from design to maybe the name "Samsung" may be next.
Who is better between Samsung and Apple? This should up to consumers to decide and not 10 person in court who is probably reading their verdict from an iPad.
