m... more All the patents on Apple's list are so stupid, easy and have a lot of prior art that they shouldn't be able to patent those things. I'm involved in some patent submissions and prior art is very important for approuval.
Some examples were Apple shouldn't got patents on:
- multi touch: invented in Cern in1977 and Apple wasn't the first to implement it in a mobile device
- siri: Speech recognition has been on the market since long, even on mobile phones
- shape: that's too obvious
- screen lock: give Apple a few box if they were really the first , this is an invention with low research investment = low cost
- memory choices 16,32,64 GB? WTF how is it possible to patent that?
As you see, these Apple patents are sooooo cheap, obvious and full of prior art that it is disgusting that they want to use it to get bilions of EXTRA reveneus. Start working for your money Apple!
Eg: Compare this with the development needed to li-po batteries used in every phone. That is much more difficult to develop and so costs a lot. What if the patent holder would now decide cellphone can not use this technology, or ask for the licence the same profits per development costs as Apple.... that would make the phone unpayable, think about that!

Stupid apple.. Go to China and see how many companies make same like apple phones.I will never buy apple product again.what is this nonsense... The complaint about touch zoom..even in my Sony xperia also has this double touch zoom...crazy people.
