I believe apple is jealous on samsung since samsung slowly capturing US market as well this may be a promo for apple iphone 5 series release .

Why does Apple is incapable of recognizing it's products are truly rubbish, a waste of money and pollute the environment.
Apple should close and let other companies to their job, instead of filling Lawsuits with silly patent violations just as if they were the creators of the universe.
However the truth here is that by filling patent Lawsuits they are trying to kick out the competition, that isn't truly ethic, that is cheating, Apple has found the way to play dirty.
Let's face it Apple will soon go through a bankruptcy when it's "loyal" clients get tired of their useless products.
I used to have Apple products before, like the Macbook, the iPhone and the iPad, but suddenly I realized they were just fashion devices instead of being useful devices, so just like million of intellectual people I had decided to stop wasting my money on Apple and buy instead useful products.
Soon all the people will do the same.
This is a quote for Tim Cook and his Lawsuit Team:
Dear Tim Cook:
Stop annoying other companies and stop delaying technology advances with your silly patent violation, just let me tell you that you and your company didn't created everything, obviously Apple has copied many other inventions and applied them to their products, and let me tell you that great inventors are people like Thomas Edison, Graham Bell or Philo Farnsworth, and obviously your useless iPhone wouldn't exist if Graham Bell and Thomas Edison haven't make it possible through their inventions that redefined the technology, and obviously Apple has violated thousands of patents and haven't got any important consecuence.
So please Tim Cook stop annoying and learn to recognize that Apple is destinated to failure.

i guess apple is becoming more & more desperate...
after reusing the same model & design over and over again, the lack of any new innovation and technology advancement, their pull for new customer is not strong anymore
recent apple products is just an upgraded version of their previous product, while their competitor have new innovation like S-pen, pureview cameras,different kinds of tablets..
apple is scared, really really scared

Apple at it again with another law suit....... Why don't they just take all the company and everybody who owns a smartphone that isn't an "I". I mean they can sue me if i sell my galaxy S2 to someone else... Lucky i don't buy anything from Apple all about greed to them now making more than 60% profit from each product they sell and people fall for it and pay for every app and buy every new model that comes out.

Bullshit. Other manufacturers also produce smartphones with multi touch too. Samsung phones can easily be differentiated from the iPhone as it has those squarish home button and the SAMSUNG logo near the calling earpiece. Apple, accept the fact that Samsung phones are way better than your iPhones. Even though this lawsuit is not happening in my country, I'm still going to support Samsung.

apple is greedy they need to realize that they are not innovative and not leading the tech industry . even before the iphones there were tocuh screen phones , similar icons sh*ts voice recognition etc. theyve patented all of it , this shows how smart and greedy apple is. people can still tell the differences from an iphone and a samsung phone jeeezzzz
