For 2011 Nokia's market share is less than 10%. Why, why, why? Market always reject the bulky and outdated devices. Pureview jargon couldn't help much.
Man you'll see how Samsung acquire Nokia's stock because they lack their sales since WP was adopted. By by Nokia, Samsung will occupy your stocks someday. Lol. Haha

About the rectangle or round corner what about n96 or any early phone?

I sincerely hope the US people or gov will realise the impact n overthrow Apple company soon. If Apple is not to be stopped I think they will start creating every products n suing every company so they can dominate the US technology market. I cannot tolerate this silliness anymore.

Seriously though it does beg the question why Apple even applied for the patent on shape in the first place. But it is also as bad as a burglar blaming someone for their stealing because they have something they wanted.
Imagine someone taking out a patent on the shape of a human being and then expecting everyone else to pay up for having 'the' shape and children.
Lots of questions have to be asked in many areas, everything from the patent office issuing patents for the things they do and as to why court cases around the world vary in their outcome.
I've used Iphones as well as Sammies and i'm still pissed off at the whole D900 screen issue from years ago (remember when they were cracking for no reason)

m... moreRectangular shape phones are already around before iphone. All touch screen use multi touch. Sony, htc, acer, asus, and many more use multi touch. S voice is different form SIRI. Apple just bought SIRI. Android is not a copy of iOS.
If Samsung really did copy Apple, how come Apple only won on their home town.

Stop complaining, and keep working. Instead of wasting time on lawsuits, Apple should focus on releasing a couple of more products.
