It doesn't mean I don't want more, that others doesn't want more, or that if I have to use my phone intensively for a day, I don't want it to last more.

Why do you think it has happened?
Because everytime people did bash it, there were idiots if your kind that defended the practice for absolutely no reasons, I stopped counting how many wrote "The Jack is old, ditch it", "I prefer Wireless, remove the Jack", "Why would you want the Jack? Wireless is better" when people defended the Jack, despite those being a tiny minority and acted as a majority, even when in comment sessions where almost everyone else defended the Jack or on polls where the vast majority defended the Jack.
If it wasn't for people defending those things, Android would still have diversity, the same way many other industries, like cars, do have.
Here you are justifying not trying to put better battery just for the sake of augmenting, you are part of the problem.
MAINLY now that we saw the first "through the air" chargers, it might justify even more to put tiny batteries.
And when the batteries will be 1500mAh because "you can recharge at distance anyway" the same way the USB will be ditched and no more wired data transfers will be available because of how some pushed for removing the Jack, I really hope you will have the decency to not complain about that and stay in your corner contemplating the mess you helped created.
You people have no idea how impactful even sometime a single comment can be.

All I'm saying is 10 hours of sot is average among most of the phones currently. Delivering the same sot is better than delivering the worse.
And by complaining nothing would change anyways. People were all bashing headphone jack removal and charging brick....it still happened.

Surprisingly, Ben Geskin portrays a sleek render of a Mi 11 PRO unlike anything on the market— I would like to own this mobile asap! While there's real extra ooomph in the camera department, I don't understand why Xiaomi determined a 0-100%/ 20 minutes/ 4,000 mAh pack, suggests you won't be tuning down the 120Hz panel to conserve resources after filming. Ultimately, I'm excited about the sensors' OIS and Night Mode capabilities for those amazing moon shots!

If 5000mAh could fit, then it is the way. No reason go down to get same battery life on newer model. Biggest letdown seems to be the 192Mpx camera, or lack there of. Seems they don't want our money hard enough. Another year with old Huawei it is....

2) Stupid user bias like that promote lack of battery optimization on phones who have large batteries.
3) Large battery doesn't mean lacking fast charging.
4) There is this period where you are not using your phones for hours which is called sleeping that you can use for recharging the phone.
5) Before you mention that overnight charging is bad for the phone, which is only true with proper charging handling software is not in the phone, fast charging have the exact same effect.
6) There is almost no point in superfast charging a small battery, the interest of fast charging come with a large battery that would otherwise take long to recharge, therefor fast charging is still NOT an excuse to put a small battery.
The market will endup adopting supercapacitors, that will barely power your phone for 40 minutes but will recharge instantly, because of how people make it appear that recharging often and superfast is better than battery capacity, you'll hate that, the same way those who promoted the ditching of the 3.5mm Jack will regret the portless phones with no USB that already start to materialize.
People should be more careful about what they wish.

For everyone flipping out over a 4000mah battery you need to realise it won't be. The article is simple saying that's what tests were done on for the previous demo phone they used and that particular demo unit was 4000mah in 19 mins. The 11 Pro will not have a battery that small and they are no giving away the battery capacity yet but im sure it will leak with other info closer to the release date.
