Xiaomi has the best haptic feedback on any smartphone ever since its MIUI 12 release. The motor itself is probably the same as most of the android phones and iphones. But, it is the implementation that matters. Every gesture, tap, scroll to bottom/top, typing, animations, flicking, etc all have very impressive haptic feedbacks.
