notafanboy, 31 Jan 2021how many times are you gonna post that screenshot bozo?I'm gonna keep posting that until that problem is solved because it doesn't change any better even with the newer latest phones. Even with my dad's Samsung Note10 Lite, it's not any better. If you can't accept the truth, well that's your problem. You can't fight physics and electronics anyway.

currently using the Huawei Freebuds 3 and I'm satisfied with them.

Even though wireless has improved a lot recently, the wired ones still offer better quality, especially when combining with some good DACs, like the ones from LG phones, or any portable DAC.

            I'm using Huawei's Freebuds Pro.

Over ear. I only listen with headphones at night in bed and silently groove to music 💃

On my phone, I've been a longtime fan of wired earbuds... cheap ones, since the DAC in a phone will suck anyway (especially on 300$ phones).
Then I tried a cheap TWS, Aukey EP-T25 (30$ stuff)... and I felt like a complete dork, quality is comparable (enough for podcasts), and they are waaaay more convenient... no wires is a game changer, no doubt.
Then if I want to listen to music, at home I've got an external usb audio card (NI Komplete Audio 1), a couple of Presonus studio monitors, and a 90$ Sennheiser wired headset... nothing extreme, but I can definetely hear the difference (something to be expected).
It's just that don't understand people that sticks with 20$ wired earbuds when they can get a similar TWS that have a comparable (low) quality and are priced almost the same

I bought a bluetooth adapter just to use on my wired headphone just because its more convenient for my use cases. Even though the sound quality took a hit, for me it was BETTER.

suni08, 31 Jan 2021People are have different needs than you, this is something... moreWow, hold back on the insults.
I never said people can't or shouldn't buy one style over another. Read my comment again if you don't believe me. It's their freedom, their money, choose as you wish as far as I care.

However, what I stated was not an opinion. There is a lack of variety, because companies have forced the consumer. This is done by removing the 3.5mm headphone jack, and pushing people to spend money buying their wireless earphones, which in 95% of instances, are the in-ear style. The market does not deem this to be the superior product, not at all, it is the companies that have saturated the market and pushed these on consumers. Have you not seen all the online ads for these?

Situation dependent regarding headaphones in my case; In hause over ear open back, on the go open earbuds, relative mid noisy environment in hause (studio and cetera) over ear closed back, working out in noisy environments EMI's. Find earbuds as best compromise between comfort and sound quality.

Fun to see that many people giving themselves hearing problems in the short future. Even tinitus.

I use LG's Tone Free FN6 earbuds, but I'm looking into getting a pair of over-ear headphones since I like how they can look and I want an alternative device so I have the choice.

But if you go to Android, there are a number of choices you can choose for, even for flagship-tier models like the LG V60 and the Sony Xperia 5 ii to name just two.

I used my wired soundmagic E10 earphones great sound but also have a pair of cheap Bluetooth earphones every now and then.
