Exynos 2100 edges out the Snapdragon 888 in a Galaxy S21 Ultra battery test

03 February 2021
The power consumption of the big cores pointed to Qualcomm having the more efficient chip, but that may not be the case after all.

Were there several use cases in the test? Was the brightness of their screen calibrated to be the same? I scrolled through the video and just some options showing on the screen, this doesn't seem to be wuite scientific..

Gotta give credit to samsung for improving exy 2100 over exy 990 considerably...and the margin with sd 888 is not perceivable with real life usage either

Even though I love the results but I must say 30 minutes test isn't enough.
                Manufacturers may cheat here.
I've seen Mate 40 pro draining not even 1% charge after first 30 minutes but drains more than 7% next 60 minutes and even more next hour.

The results vary across test. But all of them have been within the margin of error. So it's safe to say both have about the same battery life

Considering how many shady things Samsung already did, I wouldn't be surprised if we learned that the 888 version had voluntarily a battery with lower capacity or something like that.

the sd version probably would be a defective piece.

I don't trust any Youtuber on this one I only trust Mrwhosthebos and that's final :(

                          Woohoo!
Now Exynos will take back the crown (atleast next year)
