Nice piece of hardware. It also means soon it will be time to part company with my SGSIII (great hardware but useless OS).

              Top of the line?
8MP version of Pureview, well it certainly doesnt sound all that exciting.
HD screen, but not Amoled, that's a letdown.
No SD-slot, well, a big letdown.
The Cpu seems nice, but doesnt those other krait ones back even more powerfull GPUs?

It would be a nice phone, if there actually was a top of the line one, to top this one.
Instead it's partnered by the much less exciting 820.. thats the wrong way to do it, if they want to take over the market.

I had better hopes for Nokia... I wanted to see a real top of the line device...
The rest will blow past this in no time, and Nokia will only be selling by brand recognition and not by specifications... And with Samsung getting more and more brand recognition every day, even HTC growing in the US, things don't look good for NOkia.

A bunch of hypocrites are here. You like the below average camera of other companies, you like pentile screens , you even like a weak glass showpiece ! Lol . 3 words 'Get a lifé ' or is it nt launched for android ?

LeeM, 05 Sep 2012To those asking how you fill up a 32GB phone... it's easy. ... moreBe wise and buy the Ativ then. It has a big internal storage and it can support a memory card. Nokia made a mistake again at not add a memory card slot to their "flagship" phone, and the Lumia 820 has it. :P

Oh dear Nokia, what happened??? :( -Underwhelming, same design, average HW, limited SW -Nice one Nokia, great way to tick off investors, share price has plummeted since this mediocre thing was announced, its a damn shame, Nokia just arent a powerhouse anymore.

Bring on BB10 i guess, as with the Lumia920 outed im sure Samsung and Apple have huge grins on their faces, they are going to continue to dominate it seems, its all down to RIM to bring something new and disruptive. No pressure RIM, Noooo pressure at all.

Gone are the days of the innovative and risk taking Nokia, what a shame.
