No wireless beats my wired Sennheiser HD598. Convenience? It depends. I prefer 3.5mm cause plug and play. No hassle to charge earphones too.
USB C gets destroyed early if you use dongles. USB C ports are not as robust as 3.5mm ports. I bought a phone without 3.5mm . I would still prefer the 3.5mm. I have JBL tws and bose QC35 and its sound is not as good as my Sennheiser.

for example, S20FE costs same as mi10. Not a bad deal.

in a lot of places, exynos galaxies remain more expensive than the snapdragon phones from other brands even now the note 10 is still more expensive or on par with let's say the mi 11

You can get an exynos version for less money than snapdragon which makes it a good deal. But with launch prices? No way.

Samsung: Not just the US and China for their Snapdragon versions of yourphones. While you do this, many people outside the US and China don't want to be ripped off by buying a different chip phone version.

Android-Authority, 12 Feb 2021We were talking about back of the phone, not the screen. Plastic belongs to under $400 category... if someone is using plastic then cost cutting is not reflected to the consumers but to increase profit margin.
Look at all chinese vendors they provide best hardware for less price and there software is also getting good.
Even apple have best hardware quality except notch. And iphone is cheaper than these galaxies..

galaxydirection, 13 Feb 2021I always liked galaxy phones for their having all the conv... morelackluster chipset? they always place the highest one they can, but the rest, even apple switched to no headphone jacks man because we went wireless altho they still offer adapters if u need it which is better than cables always breaking eventho sure aspects of headphones wirless bring obstacles that need improving...storage and losing sd expansions is because of the storage increases that phones now offer and other nfc like wireless transfer capabilities without needing sd cards and such to swap data around and what not, but sure i get it adding more is always a plus, altho for majority man they dont even use up internal storage...led indicator again phones have other ways of indicating since most dont look down on their phone to see that light and the fact phones are going all full screen, u can use cam flash led to do the same tho besides picking phone up vibration to get notified, sounds, etc...while some are stuck on "it wasnt broke didnt need fixing" aspects, some adapt and majority see it all isn't all that of a big deal and see why it is going where it's going, like how some say why notch and no pop up cam, well besides speed u gotta account for water resistance, more prone for damage, so yeah not like they sre doing it just to mess with ya man and u got options where phones still try to cram it all in like sony top xperia line still trys to include it all from jack sd card front cameras with led indicator classic fingerprint button up to pushing for 4k screens and all the latest as well so yeah *shrug

I always liked galaxy phones for their having all the convenience features , but Samsung's direction change after the note 9 and S10 models has lost me as a customer.
SD card , 3.5 mm headphone jack, dedicated notification LED, no annoying curved displays, buds and charger always included .
Having those features where deal sellers and actually allowed a bit of forgiveness for the lack lustre chipsets.
at least with Apple you get a decent chipset in any model you buy.
given Samsung's direction with deleting features , it looks like I will be buying a 2nd iPhone.

As long as Samsung follow their S20 FE tradition of Snapdragon, it will have a market. And since S21 dropped their entry price, I would expect same for S21 FE. Samsung, please don't disappoint.

S20FE lacks 3.5mm jack. Will S21FE follow suit?
If so, I'll do the same thing I did with S20FE - ignore it completely.
