If u prefer amoleds, like me for the colour accuracy and brightness and deep blacks, then go for a 60hz one. If you want both then you raise your budget and get a flagship. The option is there, that's a good thing, and not necessarily a bad thing.

GVS, 16 Feb 2021120hz ips lcd is cheaper than 60hz oledNot necessarily.
Asus used best in class ips panel on 5z n 6z. N Xiaomi's 144hz display on mi 10t series was amazing but not as gud as flagship oleds but those lcd displays were way btr than cheap amoleds found on some budget Oppo n Realme phones.
Even iphone 11's 720p lcd was fantastic.
Quality matters but yeah I would prefer OLED anytime.
