I am still not having the update, but it makes me wonder how it will work since the article says build version is 12.0.2. Mine is currently 12.0.8, and usually you can't downgrade to a lower number version.

MIUI 12.5 has a bug where full screen gestures are incompatible with 3rd party launchers. So it probably won't release until that's fixed.
