[deleted post]Samsung's phone don't use cheap plastic. They only "feel" cheap and that is why their phones are lighter than their competitor's.

I think samsung galaxy s3 is the most powerful hand held device ever and no other device come close to it. Not even iphone 5 I have iphone 4s but it doesn"t measure up with the SGS3. With its specs like USB on the go, a massive 128gb storage, document reader, customisable apps and a lot more copied or not might I add its an awesome phone. I was an iphone man but not anymore, and don"t buy a phone because of its look coz none of the above an iphone can do. Thats just for me anyway, thats all folks.........

Now people realize Samsung phones are made in China too. Samsung fans are too paranoid and defended the brand citing its made in Korea and bashing IPhone of exploiting workers in China. Who is the culprit now?

After the S3 on the market for months now, the more I look; the more I like it...feels great in my hand. I used to like the look of the iPhone, but time moves on, after seeing and felling the Samsung S3, I just hate the small screen of my iPhone 4S, and the design also look very out dated. I was hoping the "new iPhone will be a replacement for my existing 4S, but I'll will pass because of the small 4" screen, and the "no surprise" look of the new iPhone. After my contract finish, I will definitely go for the Samsung S3, or possibly the Note2.
BTW, why should I pay so much for the new iPhone, which is made completely in China?...I might as well buy a China brand phone which cost 1/3 or less but more powerful than Apple. Also, my 4S home button need replacement already($150), and there is problem connection to i Tune already - talking about quality!!!

Some of you say, it's an affordable mid-range product, but guess what? Samsung has dozens of those already. It's an unnecessary product catering to the silly wants of people who can't afford the Galaxy S-line, so they can stroke their tiny egos and say to themselves "I have a Galaxy S phone." As if it matters. Samsung decides to give them a "budget version" to sway their egos. Not as though they'd need it, as there are countless phones with these specifications offered by other manufacturers AND Samsung themselves.
I'm not impressed, or even remote interested.

Nokia had Vertu so they should not have had other budget phones e71,e72,n8,1100 etc right? that was so lame buddy . everybody dont have that much dough to buy S3 and other high end phones , at the same time not everybody want such a huge phone with 4.8inch screen . think before posting such crap !

It's about time Samsung should drop the "PLUS" on their devices name. Doesn't have a bearing anymore and it's dated.
What's next? SIII Plus? Note II Plus? Ace 2 Plus...etc etc

What I like at Samsung is the fact that their mid-end phones are pretty high-end, and are better then other mid-end phones.

Everything seems good on this upgraded S2 . i just hope they keep exactly the same looks , shape,size and material which was used in old S2 . also , i hope they get a better and bigger battery , probably there 2000mhz one on this upgraded phone . it will sell like a hot cake !
