For thicker phone from Xiaomi, there so many another model from them which has thicker body.

Not everyone likes what u like. Some prefer slimmer phone. Some prefer smaller phone. Some prefer big and heavy like u and ur wife. Xiaomi has so many big and heavy model. Choose one u like ;)

Dont forget many people buy mobile phones then put them on the protective case. So, it make their phone thicker and heavier.

So F3 pro won't have OIS, and looks like have shorter onscreen battery compare to F2.

Gusta, 28 Feb 2021But Xiaomi doesn't have slimmer flagship level my frie... more9mm isn't thick, i find it too thin, thin things aren't ergonomic, and 200g is crazy light in we thing about it, there are quite a lot of people operating single handed power tools that are much heavier than that for the duration of the day, and they are required to put force into it, and they don't have any issues.
A compact cordless 18V drill can easily be much heavier than 3.5 pounds or 1360g.
Even my GF who have hands issues could use, with a single hand, a 250g tablet for hours without problems, and for single hand use, smartphone and tablet are identical, in fact the only issue she get is when she play her Switch for too long, and it isn't the weight but keeping her hand into position for long that hurt her.

In fact, I am sure what actually cause fatigue in the hand isn't the weight of the smartphone, but the position itself, try holding something the size as a smartphone for hours as if you use it, regardless of the weight you'll have fatigue.
I can't even imagine how hard a woodcutter mush laugh by hearing that "200g is too heavy" to use for long period of times.

I am not saying no phones should be this light and thin, far from that, but as much as there aren't much phones bellow 9mm from Xiaomi, there aren't from them too much phones over 10mm, and it extend to basically all brands, and when they are that thick, it is usually for some special reasons.
And this is despite many asking for thicker phones because of either the better grip/comport, or bigger battery they can get, and this is because of this reject by the industry from any thick devices that there aren't any good small format Android smartphones, when they are tiny it is usually with low specs and tiny battery and potentially many sacrifices.

Almost every Xiaomi's latest flagship mobiles have 9mm (and more) thickness except Mi 11. They are quite heavy for everyday usage with more than 200g weight.

I don't even know why they put Portrait camera, I mean, when it is a 3D sensor, like a ToF, it make senses, but when you already have Wide and Ultra-Wide, you can simply use the other as a Portrait Camera already...

Anyway, the K40 serie and the Poco rebrand are clearly not for me, I want pop up and 3.5mm Jack.

Why not using gorilla glass victus ? Some site saying that the gorilla glass victus about the same manufacturing process prices then the previous version. If it is about same price, would it be better using the newer quality process ?
