The pop up camera and 120hz display are the only things you mentioned that can be expected of Xiaomi at this point.
And let me make this clear since people don't know how to read, I am not saying any of the things you mentioned are features that don't belong on phones and I'm not saying I don't like them. I'm saying it's asking too much at this point.

Xiaomi split Redmi series to defend from Realme from BBK. That's why Redmi series also have upper midrange and flagship. Not like past Redmi series from Xiaomi.
But everything is confusing now since Poco brand is said to be independent but some of their product are rebranded of Redmi seris @_@

Someone should tell phone manufacturers to remove those 2MP modules from their cameras and give us functional lenses.

The Poco F3 Pro might... moreIf they did care about users, they would make a Poco F3 Pro with :
*A pop up.
*A 3.5mm Jack.
*A 120Hz+ display.
*Wide + Ultra-Wide + Telephoto combo with either a dedicated 8Mp Macro or Ultra-Wide & Macro or Telephoto & Macro combo, and no 5Mp or 2Mp sensors, and certainly no 8Mp Ultra-Wide.
*And wireless charging.
Along with maybe an SD Card slot (or even better, an independent SD Card slot), those are the most requested things to add/not remove from the K40 Pro and Poco F2 Pro features.
The pop up was the signature of the model, and haters can hate as much as they want, but smartphones with pop up, mainly the Mi 9T Pro, OnePlus 7(t) Pro, and Poco F2 Pro were among the most popular smartphones, in Kimovil, the Poco F2 Pro is always in the trending phones, and unlike GSM Arena where trending ones simply is a logic reaction from news articles about it (obviously, if you talk about a phone, it will gain more clicks), those are what people really are looking for.
It is a highly demanded feature that the vast majority of users love it.
Ditching it because of the fearmongers is a big letdown and had me lost a considerable amount of respect for Xiaomi that was among my favorite brands.
