OH NO!

Telstra 4G FDD 1800MHz LTE is already struggling to cope with a mere 500,000 subscribers in very limited coverage zone, I have the HTC One XL and cant get LTE at my house or work but when in Sydney city it will connect to 4G but speed is already slowed down to approx 15Mbits/15Mbits, its only gonna get worse now that Apple will launch this unit into the Australian market.

one of the beauty of iPhone 5 is its CPU speed. Its the first to bring A15S chip to the market, beating Samsung.

At the moment LTE is limited to replacing HSPA+ where it's struggling at peak times.

Hopefully Three UK will do what they did with 3G and stuff it everywhere.

Geez... So why it is "ultrafast LTE"?
Is that a new type of LTE that is supposed to be much faster than the LTE that existed for more than a year?
Or, is it just because it's Apple who is doing it now...? Talking about misleading or false advertising...

The fourth generation network which carriers are calling is actually not true 4G.
According to Internatinal Telecommunication Union, if the network meets the peak download speed of 100mbps in moving train or car, then it will considered as '4G'.
