A good law!
Hopefully it will pressure manufacturers to make electronics easier to open and repair. Maybe even upgrade components in laptops.

Don't believe this. Repair is not in the dictionary of Apple. I hate them so I stopped buying any of their products.

Very good, now the average person will know what he's getting himself into before buying a device.
But since Apple counts on its costumers on buying a new iPhone every year, I suspect that Apple will use this score to its own benefit by faking information like the spare parts availability and updates so that it always gives better score for the new devices and lowers score for old ones...
