I hope poco f3 pro version not just some rebrand version k40

As for the device itself, I like the choice of the SD 870 for a Poco. Still flagship grade, but not at a premium price, so it should be a good fit, but I think having a hybrid SIM tray is important, or at least the same setup as the F1 (SIM + memory card, or SIM1 + SIM2 if you want to go dual SIM - which I need for work and it would be a dealbreaker for me not to have that).

I'd also like the latest Bluetooth protocol support for high quality BT headphones.

Also, what about 5G? I'm not a huge fan of it, but I upgrade pretty infrequently (still on my POCO F1 and loving it), and so I wouldn't want to be limited by a lack of 5G in the longer term on any newer phone.

Other than that, not too many gripes about this device.

      Re: headphone jack -

I'd prefer having one. That said, the DAC in these phones isn't usually audiophile quality anyway - and I heard that the Android OS audio stack is in any case limited.

Native 16/44.1 kHz content is typically re-sampled to 16/48 kHz or 24/48 kHz prior to being fed to the internal DAC.

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2021Wrong. Most phones released in 2021 don't have an sd c... moreWhen phones come with 512 GB of internal storage at base level, then expand into 4 TB, then that's when i will forgo MicroSD Slot in phones. But, even Flagships right now that costs $1000+ still has 128 GB base storage. Even the $150 Pooc M3 has 128 GB of storage. I don't understand why company can't afford at least 512 or 256 GB of storage for base models

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2021Literally no onu uses SD card in 2021, as for headphon Jack... moreAs for the jack it varies person to person. Think there was a wave generator app that utilized the jack. I remember needing the jack more when i was more social, now i have bt in my car and a laptop for most of my music needs.

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2021Literally no onu uses SD card in 2021, as for headphon Jack... moreWrong. Most phones released in 2021 don't have an sd card slot. It doesn't mean it wouldn't be used if it was an option. Rockin a 64+128gb setup here and the only reason it's not more is because i bought a card 2-3 years ago and it's enough for me. As for the phone i'm more conserned with ram rather than storage(who cares for it if you can just slap in a bigger sd card). Plus if i ever break the phone beyond repair all my data will be with me.

Had an 3400mAH battery and under an custom rom reached 6/7h of sot in mixed use easily. So now check it out, the K40 can be good actually.
