Anonymous, 02 Mar 2021I know 60hz is smooth the reason is that people want 120hz ... moreBro, I own an F1 (which was running aospextended at the time) and went to check out the OnePlus 7t series and I was disappointed that I couldn't notice the differen e between 60 and 90hz. There was also an iPad on the other section and it had 120hz, basically it just felt a teeny tiny bit faster compared to my F1 . I mean, my F1 was smooth without overclocking the display or anything, and that was supposed to be the main reason to upgrade to the 7t( the higher refresh rate). That was a deal breaker when I couldn't notice much difference, and as a consequence I've put off buying another phone till like 2023-24 or whenever this phone dies.
The point is, for the vast majority of consumers, 60hz is what they're used to and 120 is a "nice to have" feature imo. I havent even tried an iPhone throughout my life, and I'll probably never buy into the apple ecosystem, so I'm pretty sure I'm not an iSheep.

iPhone SE battery is so abyssal, I sold it in less than a month. If it's the same unit then added 5G, can that phone last even an hour??

Why the 120hz screen for Android users is only important with phones? I don’t see any complains that only around 2? Android tablets currently sport 120hz screen. Let’s face it, it’s only important because iPhone doesn’t have it. Android fans have these so called must have features everyone wants because iPhone doesn’t have them. Yet big world doesn’t care. We have seen this same thing many times over the years.

You might notice it few days and they you get used to 60hz again because it’s the one you use regularly.

Keep using third class 60hz and justifying lower tier touch sampling rate.
Even budget devices are embarrassing iOS in this department.

Lets be real here apple shoul have at least moved to a punchhole or at least teardrop by 2020 like they could have put a fingerprint sensor on the on/off key or under the display its more secure than 3d face-id or at least under the rear glass :/

A decade ago, iPhone when from zero to top.. with people laughing that it will never work. When it reaches the top, came the "iPhone killers". The first Androids came out.. they need to defeat this King. So their idea is simple, if the King is unkillable.. make it cheaper. But this is hardwork! Plus it is not working! People still buy iPhones. So.. there.. if you cannot beat it, copy it! Samsung .. one of the first copycat arrived on the scene. It was effective! It even managed to get some fanboys. Apple was furious that Samsung copied.. and this started the lawsuits... Funny Apple did not sue those making iOS Android launchers...
And after that the rest of the company found out the truth, copy and cheap is good! Then start the trend of cheap and copied goods. Xiaomi.. Huawei, you can see if they did not copy Samsung, they copy Apple.. all in all making everything every cheap.
Some.. rise their heads up, refused to believe this trend. Stick to their proven methods.. Nokia, Blackberry, Microsoft Mobile, Windows Phone, All eat the dirt.
After 12 years of iPhone killing, it's still around and one of the best phones ever, no android came near.. because they are still doing the same thing.. copy and cheaper. It's one phone you can buy without regret.

im usisng mui and no problems bloat isnt a problem most can be deleted and the phone has planty of storage also you can hide stuff from view

It won’t it’s not that important. 60hz iPhone is really smooth anyway. Only small minority of people care something like fast screen refreshing rate. IPad Pro have had 120hz screen for many years and yet most people buy the 60hz version. Almost all Android tablets are 60hz and yet no-one is complaining? With that big screen it’s lot more noticable. It’s a niche feature which few tech people care or want. I personally don’t mind it, but it’s nice to get if my next iPhone have it.

Wow innovation again! We gain more screen size!!! 3D face recognition is useless, 3D objects scanning like Huawei have is only for professionals and too expensive. We need to improve or margin profits upto 80% But calm calm... These are going to be the TRUE HOLES!!! Those from Android are fake ones... they paint it on the display!!! Apple will have a complete HOLE with a cut through the display ;D INNOVATION!!!
