But anyway, Apple has to do a lot of catch up in this department. The 60hz refresh rate is not a big problem, because in my usage, I found the smoothness of the IOS was enough for a good experience.
I think people buying iphones, buy them more for the services provided, instead of the features provided.
Imo Android is winning in this department clearly. I mean features provided at better prices.

I 🤔 everyone will choose better battery life, notch free HRR display, better cooled chip, better overall camera, advanced software, faster charging speeds, cheaper price over iPhone 12 which is full of compromises.

People who choose between Android or iPhone does it mostly based on OS and ecosystem not based on what features or tech phone have, every phone have pros and cons. For other some things are more important than others. There's no just a thing called better device it's up to user which suits best for their needs. I don't understand why some people endlessly try to make it sound like one is better than another when they aren't.
If your friend finds great car which he likes, you can't go to say that it's a bad choice and you should buy this instead (car you prefer more)

[deleted post]Wrong, they do cut costs. Xiaomi do not invest too much in their OS. If you pay attention to user reviews MIUI is one of the worst UIs on the market. Also puts ads in almost every model in the Asian market. They do cheap out QC for devices sold in Asia. This is why Realme's prices have started to increase slowly but their OS quality and QC is starting to improve slowly.

Face ID can be used in pitch black with zero problems because it uses IR. Your Samsung screen goes brighter if you wanna use it in dark and it can still easily fail if there's not enough light in your face, because it needs light for your face to work. It's not secure. Face ID uses 3D IR scan. That's why we have always been able to pay stuff with it and used it with banking apps and others which need security.
