I SAID IT'S NOT EVEN 2 YEARS OLD! I'm happy they're using it. Don't call bad names before reading something carefully.

This is a terrible value for money tbh you can get a few flagship phones at that price and if you really need a popup camera phone you could go for the oneplus 7t pro which costs way more less than the a82 and also has the same chipset

Going by rumors A72 4G is expected to be priced $450 for the base model, assuming A72 5G is priced $550 for base model than I expect it to be priced $600 atleast for base model which depending on your region can be a good value cause it provides SD855+ which is better than most mid range SoC and pop up rotating camera but on the other hand there are many SD855+ flagships available at very low cost and K40 with SD870 might cost somewhere near $450 if it goes global

It will depend much on the pricing. Samsung phones usually decrease in pricing quite a lot in short amount of time.
If this A82 model will be too expensive, you are better of with some S20FE 5G model, if you really need a Samsung phone. You can find good deals at around 650EUR nowadays.
If I have to guess it will probably be 500-550EUR.
But, there are always the mid-range chinese models. If you do not care that they are chinese brands, at that price point (500-550EUR) you will probably find better deals than this A82.

SD 855+ launch was in late 2019 not in late 2018.

"Snapdragon 855+ SoC launched in late 2018"
Umm, pretty sure Snapdragon 855 launched in late 2018. The 855+ wasn't released until mid 2019.

I'd rather take Zenfone 6 instead of this, which has a better flip mechanism and bigger battery, and a headphone jack. It's a shame Asus discontinued it.

Almost three year old!? It's not even two year old!

Another warehouse of chips needs to be emptied. At least the exynos 9611 warehouses are cleared.
