i dont understand why power consumption is so high and or why people throw 2-3k$ on systems to play youtube game some because in real life people dont get payed for pending 2k on PC and playing all day on it

Also in case of NVIDIA the RTX 2000 series once ran out of stock, this seems intentional to boost production of the RTX 3000 series and sell as much as possible for profiteering. People then thought the 3000s were hard to obtain so the scalping happens...

For instance you won't be able to play Shadow of the Tomb Raider with the Iris Xe graphics (on the intel i5/i7 11th gen) at low 60fps at 720p. A Macbook Pro M1 will do just fine.
Want to game on a laptop, of course the answer is not a common office laptop, unless you want to play simple titles only.

Haven't you seen the remastered Crysis which was launched recently with the newer version of the Crytek Engine? RTX 3090 (I think with a i9-10900K) initially struggled to play 4K @ 30fps at the highest settings, maybe several optimisations have improved the framerate.
As for Genshin you can just use a 2nd/3rd gen i5/i7 with old GPU such as the Geforce 930M/940M and you're getting decent framerates at the low settings 720p. Genshin on PC is not that demanding as long as you use a SSD not a HDD.

The price looks about the same as the 5700 XT before, and the 5700 XT is the top-of-the-range variant for the Radeon 5000 series card.
