Anonymous, 05 Mar 2021SD775 supports ddr5 and A14 does not. LOL ... It's sad that it didn't launch yet. Let's see when we can see this under 300 USD category.

Anonymous, 06 Mar 2021Funny how the processor supports fhe beat of the best when ... moreThe supported maximum camera hardware of this processor means that such setup is what it could handle perfectly smoothly before it starts to slow down due to the burden.
For instance, my SD765G phone can somehow capture 4K 60fps videos despite the SoC officially supporting just up to 4K 30fps, but like what I've said, it is definitely unstable and may arguably be not acceptable enough, though it really can do it.
What this means is that this SoC has more than enough horsepower to handle the common types of camera setup usually found in phones in this SoC's targeted price segment.
Being able to support 64MP +28MP at the same time means having a solid 64MP main camera + 16MP ultra wide camera alone already means that the overall camera experience will be great.
It's at least better than something like scoring over 1,500 single core points in GeekBench 5 but horribly stuttery and slow as heck when playing Genshin Impact, right?

oems are still gonna put the useless 9-in-1 binning 108mp sensor in there just to brag about the 108mp sensor, yet they would still add some useless macro and depth sensors, it's pathetic they still want to make it "qUaD cAmErA" by adding those two very useless sensors, instead of adding a 2x telephoto, at least the one with 12mp or hell, even a 8mp 5x periscope telephoto (not the huawei level of periscope lens) to that thing, others may say "iT's ExpEnSiVe" but look how the realme x3 superzoom achieved it, at least a cheap 5x periscope lens and thats so much better than having a useless macro and depth sensor on a midrange using this chip.

So this will be in 400 - 700$ premium midrangers and Snapdragon 888 will be used in unnecessarily overpriced phones.

Funny how the processor supports fhe beat of the best when it comes to cameras
But oems will deliberately choose the worst cameras, and put 2 mp or 5mp useless lenses

[deleted post]It is better having 4GB ddr4x than 6GB ddr3.
Why? Speed and better capacity to handle multitask.
Another proof benchmarks are meaningless.
Qualcomm chips are better than Apple chips for mobile.
