sixtymes, 06 Mar 2021if they offer the 870 why even have a 775, they'll be ... moreIt will be far from the GPU performance of the SD 870 and it probably will have only 2 performance cores, clocked @~2 Ghz.
RAM's frequency is quite impressive, but we don't know if it's Dual or Quad-channel.

if they offer the 870 why even have a 775, they'll be so close in performance.

Looks like its performance is between SD855+ and 865, but closer to 865.

Does it have 4 big cores? One of the downfall of the 765 was having 2 big cores and 6 little cores.

Uncle D, 06 Mar 2021And so what... And no, no I'm not an Apple fan at allThat a supposed upper-midranger chip has a feature that the high-tier chip used on the most known phones on earth doesn't.

Shiny Dave, 06 Mar 20215nm at lower clocks than the 888? This feels like the sweet... moreI certainly wouldn't mind a mid-ranger. As long as it has a great battery, good enough performance, and decent camera processing, I'm solid.

5nm at lower clocks than the 888? This feels like the sweet spot for a lot of people.
