It's a good phone, just a pity that it doesn't have a 512GB version with 16GB of RAM.

I guess at the moment my choice was 12 pro or even 11 pro though I don't like that iphones don't have 3.5 jack and FM radio (the latter seems especially strange). Otherwise they seem almost perfect to me - size, waterproofing etc.

Anonymous, 15 Mar 2021even s20 fe is overpricedIn my country is the only flagship model from Samsung with a SD chipset, the 5G variant I mean. So sadly, is the only Samsung phone that I would buy and recommend in my country. (I live in an European country by the way).
Is slightly overpriced compared to the competition (it cost about the same like the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 128Gb variant, so yeah..). But, compared to the other Samsung flagship phones, is still a good buy in 2021.

No wonder iPhones & high end Samsungs can charge a higher price. Oppo's software support is just as mediocre and they demand high price! No way!

If Xiaomi will start tomorrow to sell only premium phones (let's say above 500EUR), majority of people will just go to different companies in search of better deals. Of course, the fanboys will stick with the brand name, but in the end those will be small numbers compared to how many people buy Xiaomi phones now.

If somebody is making a bad thing and some people accept it, doesn't mean everybody else should do the same bad thing.
Thus being said, this Oppo model is overpriced.
If something like Mi 11 will cost around 750EUR in my country, why should someone pay 400EUR more for this Oppo? Just for the IP rating and probably slightly better display? Lol, no.
Oppo is just a wanna-be Apple company. Problem is Apple started out as a premium company (iphone wise, I mean) in a time when people didn't know or didn't had much things to compare them to. So, people accept them like that. If Apple would have started making iphones in this times, they would have gone bankrupt, lol. (something like the Essential phone).

pro has 888 cpu and costs 1k euros..
normal has 870 cpu and costs 600...
normal is WAY BETTER !!!

Not bring a dedicated audio chip, no dac, no dolby atmos, so cant be a flagship wihout those

Pricey, but I’ll find out more once I can at least try out in store and a review exists.
