If they fixed that Xiaomi could actually replace Huawei.

Almost two years now no evidence of such military ties with the company and what Huawei needs is to refile their case with necessary information.

Aww good news for a better competitive market and more choices for consumers!

Huawei should be the next in line for the entity lists removal which were arbitrarily placed to checkmate their rising dominant in all fronts.

[deleted post]Sadly no, JB administration already confirmed that they will not reverse that order and they will continue on the same path.
I think that is the end for Huawei, at least outside China. Even in China they are not doing so good anymore, but I think they will remain as a company in there.

Sad really, they made some great phones. And camera wise they were pushing everybody else to innovate. But, this is life, some companies or businesses disappear, other will come from behind to fill that void.

Facts and evidence > Conspiracy and faith.

Judge needs facts and evidence to work. If you live in conspiracy and faith.. you can never win legally.. unless you cheat.

Weird how Biden didn't reverse that executive order earlier, probably because the same NSA was presenting the same threat scenario.

SHEENBEEN, 15 Mar 2021Have I missed something here?!What happened is that once again another Chinese company, this time our beloved company xiaomi, that actually cares about the masses was targeted by the American government without any shred of evidence. Paranoia?? Who knows.

Now, a judge has ruled that order out. I think Xiaomi are not 100% clear, but anyway this is good news for them.

I mean Xiaomi is well established in Europe and Samsung still sells pretty good in here.

And in US, tax isn't as high as Europe. So maybe we can see the Mi 11 at $699, which is crazy hell a lot of deal compared to Oneplus phones. And also Nord N10 is good there, but $200 Poco X3 easily kills the $299 Oneplus Nord N10
