      My father used both iPad pro and his current gear Galaxy Tab S7 plus.
      The super AMOLED is just so much better than IPS LCD.

        Anonymous, 21 Mar 2021OLED TVs are crap saw how’s bad LG OLED TVs that cost $2000... moreIPS panels with great local dimming capabilities are pretty much virtually as good as OLEDs already in terms of contrast ratio.
        The ridiculously short lifespan of OLED panels just make such TVs unreasonable for the price that they're asking. Mini-LEDs just sacrifice a little bit on the side of deep blacks (the gap is extremely small nowadays) but significantly improves on reliability and brightness altogether. They are actually cheaper as well.
        In terms of future paths ahead, LG will be one of the biggest losers for heavily investing on OLEDs too much that they have barely enough profit left for micro-LEDs.
        Even Samsung is actually seeing the great potential of this technology to overtake OLEDs in the future, and most likely their smartphone division will follow the same path as well.

If IPS LCD panels today can mostly already match OLEDs in shear brightness and even color reproduction, then there's definitely no doubt that mini-LEDs can easily go toe-to-toe with them as well.
                      What reviews should I still need to look at? The only evidences I will acknowledge are the flagship IPS LCD TVs that easily rival OLED TVs and sometimes even beats them in brightness. In fact, I want you to link me an OLED panel that can reach 10,000 nits of brightness, whether it is a prototype unit or an official product.
                      If you want a 10,000 nits IPS panel that's very similar to a mini-LED, then I can do so if you'd ask me.

I will miss using Affinity Designer on the Ipad and some of the Korg music apps, but I only used them from time to time. This was the last device from Apple i have. Its a good bye for at least for a few years at least.
