I fell in love with the Pro Green but EUR 1,000 is over my budget.

Maybe after a price cut, I can think of it..

joker, 23 Mar 2021no body will buy oneplus 9 pro at that price Agreed. Only 9R is interesting, but looks like it for one market only.

I've being saying since after OnePlus 7, the company literally do not have a target audience. This pricing is at the premium brand that has the long market presence and name reputation (Samsung, Apple) to back it up. Alternatively, good base of die hardcore fans or that itself has some R&D capabilities to offset the cost (Sony, Huawei). OnePlus has none - the only advantage was their clean slate approach to Android and flagship like spec at lower price. And looks like slowly, OnePlus is throwing both away. And unlike Xiaomi which went for their philosophy of building a life-style cycled product and stayed with it. OnePlus did not hold their own turf, fail to adopt new strategy and to be honest, won't surprise it will blend with Oppo eventually and if lucky Oppo may use/provide OxygenOS for international market.

And I thought this time OnePlus is really coming up with a bang on theory.
                            Competition starts with
                            1. 108mp
                            2. 5x periscope

Oh, OnePlus don't like to compete? Sorry my mistake. Best of luck for the looser.

Maybe the improvements didn't worth the 30 bucks to you and OnePlus should sell the phone for 200$.

Underpowered tele for a flagship. Once are you used to 5x+ there is no going back.

The display is on Pro is good, but lags a lot. The vanilla is a generic phone, cool but nothing great. 9R is trash, recycled phone from last year. Now I wait for the zenfone.
