What the ****. I was almost certain to buy this phone, if it was decently speced regarding its pricerange, which it sounded like. But 720p? Not even my 9 yo daughter got a 720p phone.. Argh.

Lenovo should just sell Motorola. The name is still worth something and they still have the business infrastructure. If they don't, and keep launching these shit phones, all they're doing is trading in whatever remains of the brand's name and reputation.
It would be better for them to sell it off to another smartphone company so the united entity had a better time competing with the big boys.

Today's Motorola are like a spin off of a blockbuster movie that has a b grade sequal with unknown actors playing the lead roles! Even diehard Moto fans are abandoning this sinking ship and I don't say that with any joy as I rocked a Moto X 2014 untill last year coz I loved that phone so much. So sad when the only people who can't see where they are going wrong is the people who make the big decisions! Hello Moto will soon be goodbye Moto if they continue releasing many more trash phones.

As moto user, this is the worst phone launched.....I thought it was impossible after the crap G10 and G30 but this one is even worse.....
Who the hell wants lower Soc 480 for the same price of the Moto G 5G with superior specs???!
If this is the pad Motorola wants for the future, either their joking or they want to end the brand for good. They should create a sub brand to sell garbage low cost phones like this and leave Motorola for high end quality products like the Edge or Razr series.....

They're trading on a reputation from over10 years ago. They're just cartwheeling gleefully into the portable technology abyss alongside other fallen giants like LG, HTC and sony. At least Sony are trying to go down swinging with you few stylish but overpriced attempts to stay relevant. Lg going out with the garbage stylo G6 and Motorola knocking out the likes of this and then LCD faux flagship attempts for 500 euros. Absolutely clueless and harboring delusions of grandeur.

my moto g5 was okay at time of buying and software related,till today they lost me cause of the huge screens with dissapointing quality and expensive for what you get, i bought oppo x2 lite and its humongeous improvement but still to big for me, looking out for a zenfone 8 mini

You know that you F*ck*d up the pricing, that even GSM arena could not contain in jabbing the specs and price at the same price. "On a sub-€200 phone we could maybe look the other way, but at €250? It makes little sense when you can pick up a Moto G 5G (with a 6.7” 1080p display and Snapdragon 750G) for around the same price."

The fact that they chose 90Hz over 1080p baffles me. How are you even gonna get the FPS to do it justice from a Snapdragon 480? They keep swinging and missing lately...
