Hot Take: Xiaomi Mi 11 lineup

Mi 11 Ultra comes with all this and just one zoom camera at 5x, basically ignoring the 2-4x zoom that it is the most important one. Let's portraits with this camera. Xiaomi could fit easily two more cameras instead of that second screen. I can't see how someone wil find a second mini screen more useful than a good 2 or 3x portrait camera.

I absolutely like the colours Mi 11 Ultra's cameras produce - natural, nuanced, and just so.. realistic. Another plus is that it doesn't seem to go overboard with sharpening nor noise reduction (The regular Mi 11 was already showing a sign of improvement in Xiaomi's software processing), though it's a bit difficult to judge how much textures it truly captures since the full res samples are not available yet. Nonetheless 5x telephoto and UWA cameras look very promising too, I can't wait for GSMArena to do a thorough camera review & comparison for this phone.

these phones are too huge and too expensive. they must reduce prices in order to compete with apple and samsung. in addition,they still have no compact versions of these. 40% of flagship sales are on compact versions.never forget that.

Camera quality looks superb on some of the youtube video, especially its 1/2.0" telephoto sensor. Best 8k video in daylight I guess, but no pixel peep can be gained yet.

Almost like this everytime, the phone is hyped for its specs and weeks after launch people starts to realize pros and cons and discover no phone is perfect ( or king of android )
With s21 ultra
Then oneplus 9 pro
And now xiaomi 11 ultra
Wait for a few weeks for things to be clear

The 11 Lite 5G I think is the sweet spot. Hope it's available all over and priced well. Looking forward to the review and the SD 780

Let's hope it's better than the Mi 10 Pro I had. Fantastic phone but cameras were underwhelming and ultra wide always over exposed images badly.

That second display would have been better if there was no punch hole selfie cam. I get why it's there (video calls) but I would have preferred no obtrusive display in the front.
Alas, even then, these phones don't have much US bands so we can't use it here.

The mi 11 is the best, especially for people who thinks that 108mpx 1/1.32" I think is great for zoom and normal photos, and I am sure 99.99999% thinks the same
I may be minority, but I don't care at all if my phone has cameras or not, just a single imx 568 on the back without ois is sufficient, but make the phone cheap, very lightweight and thin
