Apple sells 5 million iPhone 5's in the first three days alone

damian, 25 Sep 2012this is excluding preorders. there were 2 million pre-order... morethat's only 7m of preorders and first 3days in sales. that's way below more than 10 m just on pre-orders for samsung galaxy s3.
get the facts straights and stop twisting or hiding facts just to make apple look good. that is why so many people, even many fair minded apple product users, dislike apple and its fans.

LOL, some fire here... I have an iPhone 4S, HTC One X and a BlackBerry 9790! Eff you all, I live in peace and perfect harmony hahaha. Each phone fill the blank space the last one leaves :P

So apple predicted 8 million sales in first weekend (an earlier gsmarena story) but only managed 5 million which is still good but hello everyone is over looking there 8 million prediction am i only one who sees this as egg in apples faces and a clear sign people aint that impressed with i5 not enough advances over i4s for me.. though the matt Grey frame does look business shame they didnt use the matt Grey frame on white i5

Just because Ferrari is best, doesn't mean some people cant buy Lamborghini or Porsche. They are all different, but all very fun to drive. Same with phones.
The iPhone 5 as far as I know, has great hardware, and delivers great specs in a very small phone. This in your eyes, seems to be no achievement at all.. thats strange.

The screen has a blanket of tint to it comparing to better quality screens like the ONE X and the iPhone. Im not being biased either, the SGS3 is a great phone, one of the top 3 at the moment. For me its too big, and plastic but I appreciate it has a great size screen for email and movies, and is a beast with its power (CPU GPU ETC).
But its screen, it looks like it has blue/green tint to it, and its rather heavy. Makes everything look a bit "dull".
PS I saw the metallic grey 4G version today doesnt look too bad..

But their whites are way whiter that the blacks of an LCD. And the colors are still very accurate and you can adjust them if you think are slightly saturated. They also provide the best visibility in sunlight.

as for me, i ain't buying an iphone 5 until they fix the friggin map or return google maps back. Its one of my most used feature on a smartphone.

I am di... morehey, i think that's also the thing that i have been thinking more than 10 times about using Samsung phones, i personally don't like the color of the screen its like bluish or yellowish, whereas if you compare it with iPhones, its totally different, colors are accurate, even my Nokia N9's screen looks better than any Samsung phone screen, no bias here since I have used Galaxy Note and Samsung Galaxy S1 before, and thats the main reason why I kept coming back to using iPhones. I have used an LG Optimus Vu as well and if I compare the Screen with Samsung SuperAmoled, LG's HD IPS LCD looks better for me. its kinda bothering as well coz if I look at Samsung screen, major colors that I noticed is orange and green which is not good in the eye.
