HTC WP 8X front panel looks just like an HTC diamond 2 which was released since a long time.

The lumia phones were not in the market at all.
it's just a desperate move from the finns as they thaught that they were the only ones whom can create a mlulti colour phone.
Just stupid and childish.

There is no way, HTC could have copied lumia820 design. It takes more than a month to design a smartphone.Nokia just can stand the competition. They thought the company will master the windows phone 8 series. Nokia should concentrate on more better design and the way forward than to waste time in court.

Poor Nokia, A Sinking Boat ...... before they launch new OS WP8, Samsung and HTC launched ahaed of them.... they are not able to sell own OS now they are not creating much with WP..... Go Nokia go and sit with BB in the corner of new Mobile Maket

I really dont think HTC will copy NOKIA. NOKIA just want to make name after falling to the bottom of all mobile phones.Just like APPLE did with SAMSUNG after SAMSUNG reached the top with there awesome phones and tab's. This is just plain stupid and childich way to get attention. Why dont the brands create the altemite device?

Sony, Sharp, fujitsu and Panasonic are from Japan
Motorola , Pantech and Apple are American
blackberry is Canadian

they dont even look the same for example ... size of ear speaker and also placement of front camera ......mobile phones are supposed to have a screen and thin outer boders u connot patent that design lool ...
