They are not dead even if they are not doing exceptionally well right now. You have them to thank for many things and they are doing pretty good with WP and still in lead on mobile cams.

It pretty much said that when IOS compared to Android while running one thing IOS will sometimes finish first while Android will juggle everything and still come close or finish in a reasonable time. Doesn't matter if its 100 - 10000, apple has a bigger responsibility to deliver top notch products to ALL costumers ALWAYS...why?
Because almost the whole brainwashed world sees them as #1 they have a heavier responsibility for delivering proper goods. The flip side though is that even when they deliver faulty items, like they did 3 years in a row, their rep will not suffer as much as if lets say Nokia or Motorola had done this, why? The name bro, the BRAND.
If you're an american(which I can bet you are, correct me if I'm wrong) you'd know the event when coca cola changed their formula and people wanted the old coca cola back....what Coca Cola did was a HUGE mistake that could have set them behind their competition but it didn't, why? People saw them as a #1 since the world war and could come to "forgive" them in a sense, in fact, after that happened coca cola became more popular than ever....some even said they planned it from the start.
Anyway, the point of the boring details I just gave you is to show that top brand names can be hard to tarnish....even when the shit they do is totally their fault. But at the same that shouldnt be an excuse to ship faulty goods, the onus is on them to deliver top notch goods AT ALL TIMES and keep complaints to a minimum.....especially when its a "NEW" product they're releasing, first impressions are everything imo.

Nokia Lumia 900 with a single core CPU and older various of Windows Phone is still much snappier than Iphone 5 and Samsung GS3. I have great expectations for Windows 8 which I forsee to provide the best of iOS and Android in a high class Nokia hardware. Drooling already on the blood thing, release already.

apple could have used LASER ETCHED MAGNESIUM ALLOY instead of CHEAP ANODISED ALUMINIUM
and mind it, its perfectly financialy viable given the price of iphone
even liquid metal is viable.
