And unfortunately this is true of Android. The fact that iOS doesn't deal with multitasking makes a difference, but it has the luxury of being optimised for a particular chipset as well as some good sgtreamlined cose supporting the things it does do.
Fortunately Google have finally acknowledged this and have made great progress to resolve it (probably at least 80% of these issues)with JellyBean, which hopefully will continue strongly through the next few updates to address the issues right down to the core of Android code.

cmon man, you have to understand that he just closed an app(gallery or something) then he immediately tried to switch screen, besides the resolution of that phone is high so take that into consideration as well
im just saying that the quadcore s4 krait is powerful

Please, A6 chipset should be in a "iPhone4s LTE", not in the new iPhone5, Apple is playing safe wile qualcomm and intel are doing a far better job. The only reason to buy that pieace of metalic jailphone crap is the APPstore, far better than android and windows mobile, but for how much time?
Imagine this, the new intel chipset to be release this year will be 22nm, best battery economy ever, with GPU capable to run full directx11, just like tegra4 logan, now... A chipset like this on Android will run full linux, and on a windows phone will let microsoft offer all its games from xbox to your phone...
I fell sorry for apple...

It would be the same as saying that a person who can run a 5 minute mile is better than the person who runs a 5.2 minute mile. The benchmarks only test a narrow aspect of the phone performance. The iPhone is still a prison where not intelligent freedom loving person belongs....
