Woohoo, 16 Apr 2021I doubt their sales would improve though tbh, and they migh... morewell, sadly, i’d have to agree with you. i was just hoping apple would continue to make phones this size with flagship specs because there are times i find bigger phones cumbersome (not that i have small hands, but pocketability is a plus,for me). maybe they thought the success of iphone se 2020 could be a precursor of iphone mini’s sales performance. but people who can afford apple flagships, they look at the iphone 12 mini, then look at the iphone 12. then they consider the quite small price difference. even if they started out wanting the mini, they’re preference gets tilted to iphone 12’s favor eventually, perceving iphone 12 has more value for the money. iphone se is a different case because, although small, i think price is much lower than even iphone 11.

I love the mini size phone but the only two reasons for not buying 12 mini was
1. Poor Battery Life
2. LiDar camera missing (yes after paying such a huge price)

Hope they come up with a better price for the iPhone 13 mini and put in a three camera lens instead of the conventional two... People end up buying the iPhone 13 instead due to price disparity between the two models m

Shadocx, 16 Apr 2021The OPPO Find X3 Pro have a different aperture on it's... moreYeah, but larger sensor and larger aperture means shallow depth of field and unable to focus closer. Oneplus 9 Pro cannot focus as close as S21 Ultra because the sensor is bigger. And if you use an wider lens, larger aperture, and larger sensor at the same time, it will end up taking more space. So no gimbals since whem the gimbal counteracts the movement, it will move the whole camera sensor and lens, therefore parts lf images or videos will be black because it is blocked by the phones body.
Best ultrawide currently is :
1. Vivo X60 Pro Plus (less shaking, night mode ultrawide can reach 10 seconds handheld, the only ultrawide camera to see in the dark, no EIS artefacts when shooting lowlight video, wide enough at 15mm)
Downsides are : it isn't as wide as others but wider than Huawei, Night mode 10 seconds is very long to wait (but better than getting darkness on other UW cams, and the results are pin sharp)
2. Oneplus 9 and Oppo Find X3 series (Sharp corners thanks to freeform lens so no need software correction, large sensor, consistent colours with main cam)
Downsides : At lowlight, images can be softer, because of the large sensor it cannot focus as close S21 Ultra and X60 Pro Plus, lowlight video suffers from EIS vibrations

The problem with small size phones is that they have small size batteries. I get between 8h-10h of SoT on my iPhone Xr depending on what I do on it. Anything less than that for me is not good.
Of course, people having iPhone SE 2 or iPhone 12 mini do not sit all day with their phones in hand, they use them only for basic things (probably they own also an iPad alongside those iPhones). But still, a good SoT is always better. Especially taking into consideration the fact that majority of the iPhones charge in 90-100 minutes (ok even here people can say that you can charge it over night, but the struggle is to reach with that small battery phone the end of the day, lol).

beep bop boop, 16 Apr 2021how are you so sure?Primarily because leaks like this has been happening for so long. If that's what you see, then that's what you see in the final product. Usually when iPhones get leaks about their design, they're usually the final product design when they're leaked and released.
