Unfortunately, display is not ips lcd. Only advantage of oled over ips is deeper black, everything else is a disadvantage.
But that is what consumers want, worse thing due to cartoonish colors.

beep bop boop, 16 Apr 2021wait but why did Vivo put it on the UW lens, isn't the... moreOne advantage of having a hardware stabilisation on a UWA camera is that when you record video you don't have to crop in as much for EIS to ensure the stable footage, which means videos taken by a UWA camera will be actually ultra-wide unlike those on some other phones.

A gimbal camera on X60 Pro+ can compensate for a handshake for a ridiculously long period of time too (up to 10 seconds in a handheld night mode), and this should nicely mitigate the discrepancy in low light image quality between the UWA and the main camera that can naturally take in more light because of a larger sensor area.

beep bop boop, 16 Apr 2021wait but why did Vivo put it on the UW lens, isn't the... moreThey put it. Because ultrawide lens usually have poor lowlight. Even Oppo find X3 Pro and Oneplus 9 Pro ultrawide in lowlight isn't as good as main lens. Sure, it is bright, colourful, and hdr is on point. But because of the lack of stabilization, the image is blurry at night. Despite the larger sensor. Vivo X60 Pro Plus ultrawide is only 114° sure, but it is still wide at 15mm, and the craziest part of this, you can shoot night mode handheld with Uw camera for 10 seconds. Making it the only ultrawide lens that can see in the dark. The main camera cannot be putten an gimbal, the sensor is too large. If you insisted and put an gimbal on it, part of an image will always be black because it is blocked by the phones body. The maim camera sensor is too huge, so you don't need gimbal, standard ois is enough. Just look at mrwhosetheboss video of x60 pro plus to see what i mean. The night mode only takes 1 - 2 seconds, and the results are brighter, sharper than S21 Ultra. The night mode ultrawide is the craziest part. It is night and day

beep bop boop, 16 Apr 2021they should put sensor shift on the UW lens, and night mode... moreThey cannot put that. Or elese their camera bump will be like Vivo's bump. Ultrawide is really wide. So if you move it, you may get black shots because it is blocked by the phones body. Vivo's X60 Pro Plus with gimbal ultrawide is 114°. But it is great, no vibrations at all, and night mode is awesome, up to 20 seconds handheld. So OIS is an better solution if you want an wider lens. That's why Mi 11 Ultra 48 MP Ultrawide doesn't even have any form of stabilization because it is 128°, it is super wide. So apple with 120° could problaby use an OIS

Iphome 12 non Pro should use :

12 MP main camera, sensor shift technology, 1/1.7 inch sensor, F 1.6, 26mm lens, 7 element lens

                            13mm, F 1.8, 7 element lens, 1/1.7 inch sensor

This will hopefully minimeze quality difference between main camera and ultrawide. Even vivo can put an gimbal ois on their ultrawide, so maybe apple could too.

The pro model should add an
                            12 MP, F 2.0 - F 3, Variable telephoto lens like Xperia 1 III, from 52mm to 104mm, 2x optical to 4x optical zoom, OIS, 7 element lens, 1/3.4 inch sensor

The front facing camera should be upgraded too. With an wider lens, OIS, and better sensor and lens. Lowlight selfies are a pain for most phoned except Asus Zenfone 7, 7 Pro, and Mi 11 Ultra

is it just me, or does the leak make the camera on the 13 mini look way more bigger than the 12 mini?

Looks bad, old one looked classy
