HTC and Samsung keeps throwing phones in the market, it makes me feel like people are just eating the phones not using it, they should learn from apple, one good phone every year or atleast six months interval.

Sceptical. Now we get two flagships a year?
Why faster quad core? Qualcomm itself has said that phones don't need them. Dual Core will do.
