The long shadow of Steve Jobs is here no more. Apple products will never be as good as when Jobs was around. Hooray Android :)

Even an icon is a fail - it suggests to jump from the flyover. Awesome wow Apple! New iPhone 5 brings a lot innovations - 5th row of icons, iScratches and fail maps. Good, carry on...

Apple apologizes? Ha Ha Ha Ha...I think since Apple is planning on suing Google's Android, Google should not support any Apple products...

It's a shame that Apple's own incompetence and sheer bloody mindedness has left them looking so stupid.
I'm trying to understand why they didn't leave Google maps until the Apple version was ready (my own 2 cents on that in a mo).
How any half competent tester could have verified the maps app as ready is beyond me. It comes across as something barely out of alpha stage development, never mind a beta version.
Unfortunately Apple's aim of severing the remaining ties with Google has lead to them jumping the gun a little I feel. Not only that but I guess they had to include the maps as it is the only real significant change to ios outside of numerous other, but relatively minor, tweaks and changes.
In terms of hardware, Apple gave me no incentive whatsoever in the first place to upgrade my 4S to the 5, and thanks to this mess even those who have an iphone 4 will probably think twice.
All Apple have released effectively is an iphone 4s-S and an ios 5.5.
Someone was bound to take their eye off the ball in the oceans of current litigation and I've said it a thousand times before - could everyone please get back to smartphone innovation for the loyal customers out there. It would be better than spending millions on posturing in court just to try and fool the general public and please the fanboys.

I would like to point out the maturity behind this letter's words. I believe it is like nothing else apple has done before, remembering the iphone 4's antenna issue. It was a wise move to apologize early enough so customers know that apple is hearing their voice and doing something about it. It's nice to see someone who is actually listening to your complains and embraces them as if it was their own problem. Good one apple :) . I'm sorry for my terrible english, I don't practice that much.

Wow. People's reaction to this scandal are weird. Apple still gets the sympathy because they are Apple. When Nokia had that scandal about their promo video for Lumia 920 (which has since proved the true power of pureview after the fiasco), people still went crazy against them. Let me give you guys a big slap :P
