It's of no use having the best OS running at 20Ghz with 200GB RAM. If the battery isn't big enough and can't cope, the phone will be deemed useless as the usability is hampered.
This is where Nokia did very well IMO. Symbian did not really need much in the way of resources to run, thus managing to only trickle the battery and use what it needed.
The problem, however, is that battery tech simply hasn't kept up with the advancements of everything around it.

I work for CPW and I can confirm the Invisishield is for the older Samsung Nexus S. It is just a second design of an older Nexus shield.

Pie is full of stuff like this, as soon as rumours hit the web they appear, the HTC endeavour was on there 2 years ago, that is now the ONE X

I wasn't sure what the Galaxy Nexus was supposed to be when the S2 seemed better-spec and had a better camera. I only sold about 2 Nexus phones, mainly because they were one of the most expensive out there and had no realistic advantages. At the end of the day, a new Android doesn't generate the hysteria of a new iOS although I reckon this is due to fragmentation rather than lack of popularity. Fragmnentation equals confusion.

The Nexus One was the first and the Nexus... moreYou wrong... why? because galaxy nexuses isn't numbers... differents companies made it, not is nexus one, two, three, etc.... is Nexus ONE, Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus and if the compañy wants a sequel of tge nexus... the is no problem to cal it Galaxy Nexus 2, read well.... GALAXY NEXUS 2, not... Nexus 2, are two things totally different, maybe the next Nexus will made by htc or motorola or any other company and maybe has any name like example Nexus Roor, Nexus VIA or anything what you want

Couple of other things.
The i9260 leaked photos were from India, judging by the peops. Considering that samsung never released the galaxy nexus in India, I find that it is unlikely for that to be the next phone.
It is a listing for an accessory to a nexus 2. Somehow unlikely that the accessories are being made and listed before the phone itself.
My assumption is that the GN will continue as a low cost unlocked phone and the new nexus, or the multiple new nexus phones will take up mid to high end.
I find the 32GB nexus 7 a very likely thing. Storage space has been one of the most common complaints about the existing nexus . And the kindle fire has upped that game. Then there is that threat from an iPad mini, even though I don't think the iPad mini willl cost less than 300 dollars...
