Anonymous, 07 Oct 2012Can you post a link to the youtube video that you watched p... moreiPhone 5 is more robust than S3 or NOTE 2.
The problem with Samsung is too much plastic being used and this will be a potential environment issue.

iSJ5, 07 Oct 2012i watch youtube and i saw note 2 break easily in just one d... moreCan you post a link to the youtube video that you watched please?
Here's a link to a video i watched http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzw39K1-Rx0 which was done indoors
and here's another http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mA0r7tc6V5s
which was done outdoors.
The worst that happened, is the back came off and the battery came out IN BOTH TESTS. And if you count how many times the note 2 was dropped in the indoor test, it was like about 5 times. And guess what? the note still works! I'll take plastic every time LOL
You're the troll ifan that's jealous of anything samsung, who queued overnight to get ripped off for a pretty looking substandard piece of merchandise. Ever heard the saying . . A fool and their money are some parted?

Really, 07 Oct 2012This is absured. Who wants to do split screen multi task on... moreAbsurd?
I bet you are Nokia fanboy and jealous why is Galaxy Note II in 2nd place at daily interest.
If its "Absurd" as you claim they why people are so interested in it? And why most major carriers even in USA will provide it?
Go back for your color brick "920" which is real absurd even to look at it in first place... Even it doesn't appear in daily interests at all.

iSJ5, 07 Oct 2012i watch youtube and i saw note 2 break easily in just one d... moreCheck out the drop test below.
androidauthority.com/galaxy-note-2-droptest-119081/
The battery and cover comes out from 5" but its not broken... its meant to do that. I guess owning an iphone means you cant grasp the concept of phones with replaceable batteries?
On a general note. The note 2 is KILLING apple and nokia fans inside. There is no week point, there is no lag, the build quality is equal to the iphone (with no scratches), the battery performance is the 2nd best of any phone available, the screen is brilliant etc etc.
And no, a big screen/phone is not a bad point its a choice, if you want smaller you go the 4.8" S3 if you want bigger you go the tab 7.7..... WELL DONE ON A GREAT PHONE SAMSUNG.
ps apple & nokia fans, maybe keep voting down the note 2... will make you feel better LOL.

Anonymous, 07 Oct 2012So you wont buy anything then? Nothing is drop proof.
Some... moreIts not about shock proof, but about shatter proof. Phones with gorilla glass that extends to the corner are very sensitive when landing on a corner.
When watching some of the Xperia Active videos on youtube it seems to me that Dragon Trail glass is more flexible and can withstand impacts much better, while gorilla is so hard and crisp that it must be said to be a scratch protector, not a a display protector. Dragon trail glass gets scratches more easily but seem to be very convincing in protecting the lcd/phone.

This is absured. Who wants to do split screen multi task on a 5.5 inch screen? It is too big for a phone and too small for a tablet.
I guess design crisis is back samsung.

Some things survive more possible falls, but nothing is drop proof. that's so silly. We can agree on mars talk lets agree on one or two other things
