cyber, 15 May 2021xiaomi already downgraded note 9 given the mtk chip inside,... moreThe mediatek in the note 8 pro was one of the highest selling note line in xiaomi history with a nice g90t

The note 9 was weakened by horrible Qualcomm 720

And now again we get the horrible 732 g in the note 10 line ..

Qualcomms mid rangers were the worse in 2020 utterly defeated by dimensity chipsets

And now because of the pressure lazy qualcomm finally released the 780g I'm certain this wasn't supposed to be released until 2022 the least or 2023

xiaomi already downgraded note 9 given the mtk chip inside, and the new note 8 will be no better than cheaper redmi 9 model

      Instead name this Redmi 10

Meh. Disgusting. Another disgusting tech company. Nothing new.

Everybody knows how xiaomi is suffering in software
Releasing so many useless devices is one of the many reasons that makes xiaomi's miui laggy
Why do we need this device?
          G85+120hz ips+4000mah?!!!!
They couldnt even make the g85 run smoothly in the redmi note 9 with 5020mah and 60hz refresh rate making redmi note 9 one of the biggest software flops in xiaomi history
Second thing and the main one is xiaomi policy about developers and devs them selves
First why there is a billion rom? Why just why?
Global/china/india/russia/europe/indonesia/turkey/taiwan and many that i dont remember why all of these?
The chinese rom is way way more ahead in term of stability than the other roms
If they can reduce the the amount of roms and make the devs all around the world work together on a build then every team based on their location can just add the rom features

Someone got inspired by iPhone SE. Only problem here is, iPhone SE kinda made sense given iPhone is generally higher priced product. Redmi Note was cheap already so this makes very little sense, other than releasing yet another model to confuse everyone in a flood of already countless numbers of models Xiaomi has. Something iPhones generally don't have issue with since there aren't many models every year. And even there it was some confusion if you don't mention the year model and that's just with 2 devices in all this time.

When the new phones you release are so terrible you have to re-release old ones 🤣🤣

Are u sure this is not redmi 10? It's more logical if xiaomi call it redmi 10 rather redmi note 8 2021 because to match 10 series in 2021.

Interesting another cool device for a far better price compared to Sony 10 III which cost 450 bucks for a specs worth 200 at most.

umeshk, 15 May 2021Why would they re-release???Yeah, it would not make sense. There is already Redmi Note 9 for that, same SoC, bigger battery, bigger screen... Unless this is Redmi 10 - without Note.

It's a splendid phone so why not. The new SOC should make the phone snappier and faster charging would be great. And if they price it even lower than launch, many people would buy it.

IDK what's wrong with this company .
Instead of going forward they are going backwards
Seriously its 3years old phone .Even note 9 would be cheaper.
Instead of re-releasing they should have released global version of K40 gaming edition
(There isn't a single news related to this phone like it has been dropped or major bug )
It would have been much greater and it would benefit them.

AnonD-977150, 15 May 2021Wish they would do a revised version of Redmi 4A loved that... more+1 (tho pretty sure not going to happen)

                                      Still using Redmi 5A.
